OUR STORY
How the Mindforge journey began
After years of serving the front lines, Elizabeth Ecklund, a Registered Nurse and IFSAC-certified Firefighter, shifted into mental health treatment to support others working in high-stress and high-impact careers. Elizabeth’s firsthand experience allows her to connect with first responders, healthcare professionals, and others in demanding roles—offering therapy that feels authentic, accessible, and transformative.
Her mission: meet people where they are, speak their language, and walk alongside them toward wellness.
